摘要
本文着重介绍一种用于激光雷达接收机的高增益、大动态、窄脉冲放大器IC模块及其设计思想;针对激光雷达接收机主放大器放大窄脉冲信号的特点和增益G_υ≥60dB,输入动态范围D_i≥60dB的使用要求,我们采用了双增益对放级联来实现小信号放大、对大信号进行瞬时动态压缩的设计思想;解决了研制过程中的一些关键技术问题;并针对整机的实用化进行了部分模拟实验。试验测试结果表明,该模块已基本达到了设计的指标要求。
An IC module of high-gain, large-dynamic-range and narrow-pulse amplifiers is described in this paper. To be in accordance with the characteristics of the main amplifier amplifying narrow-pulse signals,the design concept of small signal amplification and transient, dynamic reduction of large signals by double-gain log amp cascades is adopted to meet user's requirements on gain, Gv≥60dB, and input dynamic range, Di≥60dB. An experiment of partial simulation was conducted for the practicability of the module on a system. Test results indicate the realization of the designed specifications for the module.
