摘要
青田侨商回流是因国际金融危机引发的人口与资本要素回国返乡创业的现象,这为带动侨乡地方经济的发展提供了契机。本文立足人类学的整体观,从地方政府职能的合理配置、有效的制度举措、双向度侨乡人力资源的开发等三个方面,阐释青田侨商回国创业的社会制度性支持因素。
Due to the international financial crisis,the phenomenon that the population and capital elements are flowing back to China has been called the reflux of overseas businesspeople from Qingtian,which provides a good opportunity for the economic development of Qingtian.From the holistic view of anthropology,this paper will mainly discuss three social institutional support factors for investment by overseas businesspeople from Qingtian,namely reasonable allocation of local government functions,effective institutional initiatives,and two-dimension human resource development of overseas Chinese.
