Overseas businesspeople from Qingtian,stuck in the dilemma caused by the international financial crisis,are shifting their focus from Europe to China,after seeing opportunities from the motherland’s peaceful rise.They are pursuing economic transition by investing back home based on what they have accumulated overseas.The inherent connection between the business of overseas Chinese businesspeople and domestic economic development and their internal affinity on cultural affection constitute the driving forces for them to start up business back home.Under the new entrepreneurial circumstances,businesspeople from Qingtian prepare themselves well for knowledge reserve,industry decision and social capital,which make up of the endogenous impetus for them to start up business in China by going through a selfadjustment process integrating people’s mentality,industry and society.
