摘要 目的 研究用牛的髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)诱导Wistar大鼠发生实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 (EAE)。方法 一次性给Wistar大鼠双后腿足垫皮内注射牛MBP 福氏完全佐剂 (CFA)混合乳剂 ,同时辅以百日咳杆菌。结果 实验组大鼠全部发病 ,对照组无一发病。结论 用牛脊髓MBP的粗提品可成功地诱导Wistar大鼠发生EAE。 Objective To induce experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in Wistar rat treated with myelin basic protein (MBP) purified from cattle spinal cord. Methods Wistar rats were immunized with both MBP in CFA and Bordetelle pertussis. Results All the experimental Wistar rats that treated with MBP and Bordetelle pertussis developed EAE but none of the control group. Conclusion EAE can be induced in less susceptible strains such as Wistar rats by a single intradermal injection of cattle's MBP in CFA.
