明代小说的医学叙事与多元解读——以《金瓶梅》中李瓶儿病案为例

Medical Narration and Multiple Interpretations of Novels in the Ming Dynasty——Taking Medical Case of Li Ping'er in Jin Ping Mei as an Example

《金瓶梅》是中国文学史上一部重要的现实主义小说。在《金瓶梅》的医学叙事中,李瓶儿的形象与疾病的联系最为紧密,通过从李瓶儿三个阶段的个人病案出发,站在整体医学叙事的角度,进行多方位的解读,以期再现当时的场景,进而探讨晚明时期的医疗与社会状况,并对现阶段重构人文医学提供启示。

Jin Ping Mei(《金瓶梅》The Plum in the Golden Vase) belongs to a great realistic novel in the history of Chinese literature. In the medical narrations of Jin Ping Mei, the image of Li Ping’er is most closely related to the disease. This paper chooses the personal medical records of Li Ping’er from three stages and carries out multidimensional interpretations from the perspective of overall medical narrations, in order to reproduce the scenario at that time. It also explores the medical and social conditions in the late Ming Dynasty, and provides enlightenment for reconstruction of humanistic medicine.
