GC护牙素和多乐氟在固定正畸治疗中预防牙釉质脱矿的临床效果研究

Research about the effects of GC tooth mousse and duraphat on enamel demineralization preventing in orthodontic treatment

目的:评价GC护牙素和多乐氟对固定正畸治疗中预防牙釉质脱矿的临床效果。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年12月正畸科就诊的固定矫治患者39例共计440颗牙齿,按就诊顺序将患者随机分为三组。固定矫治过程中,第一组患者(13例,144颗牙齿)左侧上颌牙齿涂布GC护牙素,右侧上颌涂布安慰剂乳膏作对照;第二组患者(13例,146颗牙齿)左侧上颌牙齿涂布多乐氟,右侧上颌涂布安慰剂乳膏作为对照;第三组患者(13例,150颗牙齿)左侧上颌牙齿涂布GC护牙素,右侧上颌涂布多乐氟。观察和记录三组患者固定矫治之前和之后的牙釉质脱矿情况,并对记录数据进行统计和分析。结果:第一组和第二组中涂布GC护牙素和多乐氟侧的牙齿的釉质脱矿指数均明显低于对照侧,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第三组患者中涂布GC护牙素的牙齿和涂布多乐氟的牙齿的釉质脱矿指数的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多乐氟和GC护牙素都能有效抑制固定正畸患者的牙釉质脱矿,值得推广。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of topical application of GC tooth mousse and duraphat on enamel demineralization after orthodontic treatment. Method: In our department,39 patients( 440 teeth) with fixed orthodontic appliances from January 2014 to December 2015. They were randomly divided into into three groups according to medical order. During the process,group 1( 13 patients,144teeth) : The left maxillary teeth were coated with GC tooth mousse,the right side were coated with placebo cream as contrast. Group 2( 14 patients,154 teeth) : The left maxillary teeth were coated with duraphat,the right side were coated with placebo cream as contrast.Group 3( 12 patients,142 teeth) : The left maxillary teeth were coated with GC tooth mousse,the right side were coated with duraphat.Observe and record the situation of enamel demineralization about three groups before and after the fixed appliance,and to analysis the statistics data. Result: The teeth enamel demineralization of index of coated with GC tooth mousse and duraphat in first and second group were significantly lower than the control side,the difference is statistically significant( P < 0. 05). In the third group there was no significant difference between GC tooth mousse group and duraphat group( P > 0. 05). Conclution: GC tooth mousse and duraphat have a positive effect on the prevention of enamel demineralization during fixed orthodontic treatment.
