摘要
"一带一路"战略是我国应对全球政治经济格局深入调整的重要举措。"一带一路"框架下沿线国家的茶叶贸易合作,应立足于构建宽松有序的周边发展环境,提升中国文化软实力,增强沿线国家对中华文化的认同。组建统一的组织协调茶叶的生产和出口,积极开拓"一带一路"沿线国家茶叶市场,搭建服务平台,创新茶叶流通模式,科学评估、有效防范对外投资风险,将促进我国茶叶贸易的发展与转型。
' One Belt and One Road' strategy is an important step to address the deep adjustment of global political and economic pattern. The tea trade cooperation under the ' One Belt and One Road' frame should be based on building a relaxed and orderly developing surroundings and enhancing the soft power of Chinese culture and the national identity. We should build a unified organization to coordinate the production and export of tea,actively develop the national tea market in ' One Belt and One Road',build a service platform,innovate the tea circulation patterns,scientifically assess and effectively guard against investment risks and create favorable conditions for the development and transformation of the tea trade.
