当前高校学生党员的规模不断壮大,但质量滞后。导致这一现象的深层原因之一是党建文化的缺位,表现为在多元文化的影响中忽视了党建文化的活力,在多元价值观中忽视了党建文化的引领。党建文化建设在当前高校学生党员教育中的育人和凝聚作用极为重要。它能进一步促进高校学生党员的思想入党和激发学生党员的先锋模范作用。为了发挥党建文化的重要作用,我们需通过融合各种文化精髓、拓展校园文化和"微媒体"等载体和平台的途径来保证其先进性和可接受性。

The current university student Party member's scale is growing continuously,but the quality remains to be improved. What accounts for this phenomenon is the lack of party culture,which is reflected by ignoring the building of cultural vitality in the influence of multi culture and the guiding of party culture in the multi value. So,the party culture construction is more important in the education and the condensation of Party members of college students. It can further promote the college student party members' ideology and stimulate their vanguard and exemplary role. In order to play an important role in Party building culture,we must integrate various cultural essence,expand the construction of campus culture and ' micro media' as carrier and platform to ensure the advanced nature and acceptability.
