探寻高职院校学生素养培育的有效途径——以湄洲湾职业技术学院为例

Investigating the effective approach to cultivate accomplishment of higher vocational college students——A case study of Meizhouwan Vocational Technology College

培育大学生具有良好的人文素养、职业素养和道德素养是高校育人的重要内容。高职院校学生有其独特性,应根植地方文化,培育高职学生的人文素养;根植系部品牌建设,培育高职学生的职业素养;根植思想政治主题活动,培育高职学生的道德素养,为实现中华民族的"中国梦"培养出德才兼备的社会主义事业的建设者。

Cultivating college students with excellent humanistic accomplishment,professional accomplishment and moral literacy is at the top of colleges' agenda. Owing to the characteristics of higher vocational college students,their humanistic accomplishment should be cultivated according to local culture; Their professional accomplishment should be cultivated according to the advantage of department;Last but not least,the moral accomplishment cultivating approach should be investigated according to ideological theme activity. Finally,developing socialist builders equipped with virtue and talent devotes to constructing socialist cause and realizing the national ' Chinese Dream'.
