大学生课外兼职绩效调查与有效指导研究——以新余学院英语教育专业为个案

Research into performance of and effective guidance to university students' part-time job——A case study of English majors in Xinyu University

以新余学院外国语学院英语教育专业99名大学生课外兼职为个案展开调查,发现大学生兼职中存在诸多问题,由此提出了有效的指导方案,以期正确指导大学生通过课外兼职提升自身的实践能力和创造能力,为今后创业就业夯实基础,有效缓解大学生的就业压力,促进我国高等教育健康持续发展。

Based on the investigation of foreign language college students' after- class part- time jobs,this article points out the problems which exist in college students' part- time jobs,and puts forward an effective guidance. Through the part- time jobs,students can raise their practical ability and creative ability,lay a solid foundation for the future business employment,which will effectively alleviate the employment pressure,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher education in China.
