不同溶剂对橘皮萃取物抑菌作用的影响

摘要 探讨了甲醇、乙醇、石油醚、丙酮、乙酸乙酯等五种有机溶剂橘皮提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌三种常见细菌的抑菌性。通过牛津杯法发现用丙酮做有机溶剂时橘皮萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌的活性较好,抑菌率为75%和50%;乙酸乙酯萃取物对对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌的活性其次,抑菌率为50%和25%;五种有机溶剂萃取物对大肠杆菌均没有抑菌活性。不同浓度丙酮橘皮萃取物抑菌活性中,60%丙酮橘皮萃取物抑菌活性最好。通过生化实验检测橘皮有机溶剂萃取物中活性成分,推测橘皮中主要的抑菌成分是酚类物质。 The antimicrobial activity of the extracts from Orange peels by five different solvents was tested with Escherichia coli,Bacillus subilis and Staphylococcus aureus,to explore the optimal extraction solvent. The results showed that when acetone was used as the organic solvent,orange peels extract had better antimicrobial activity on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus coli,and the inhibitory rate was 75% and 50%; ethyl acetate extract on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subilis antimicrobial activity secondly,and the inhibitory rate was 50% and 25%; five kinds of organic solvent extracts of Escherichia coli had not antibacterial activity. By studying the effects of antibacterial activity of different-concentration acetone extracts of orange peel,we found that antifungal activity of 60% acetone extracts orange was best. The biochemical assay of active ingredients of orange peel organic solvent extract showed that the main antibacterial components in orange peel is a phenolic substance
