Bibliometric analysis of the psychological capital status quo in SSCI

采用文献计量学研究方法,对SSCI中2004~2015年间308条心理资本的文章题录从刊载年限、学科领域、主要研究者、源期刊方面进行分析,特别是对中国研究者的相关文献进行了梳理分析。发现心理资本的研究已受到国际学者广泛关注,学科分布较为广泛,总体质量较高。然而,中国心理资本的研究在国际影响力上还不高,在研究内容、对象或层面、方法上都还较为欠缺,有待进一步加强。

To acquire psychological capital status quo in SSCI and provide reference for further research,by using a bibliometric analysis,the authors made a statistical analysis of the literature on psychological capital from 2004 to 2015 in SSCI,and reveals the main subject areas,sources,researchers and development trends in this specific research area,especially those of domestic academic papers by experts from China( including Hongkong and Taiwan). The research of psychological capital has aroused wide concern by international authors. And subjects on the research were widely distributed. The researches' quality was higher overall. Therefore,the research in psychological capital in China was not enough about power of international influence,besides,the research contents,methods and objects of psychological capital in China were also far from satisfactory. The researches for psychological capital should be enhanced in China.
