目的论视阈下的知识产权文书汉英翻译研究

A study on the Chinese-English translating strategies of intellectual property documents from the perspective of the Skopos Theory

知识产权文书英译,译者必须加强跨学科的知识积淀,尤其是知识产权类、法律类、科技类双语知识的贮备,如此才能把握源文理解的准确性。译者必须谱好翻译的三部曲:译前——充足的准备功课,包括相关知识产权法学习、中外知识产权差异比较;译中——以目的论为翻译指导原则,建立专业词汇表,灵活运用汉英主被动转换、增补法等多种翻译策略翻译;译后——注重翻译校对。

The translation of intellectual property documents needs translator 's inter- disciplinary knowledge,especially intellectual knowledge,legal knowledge and scientific knowledge so that he can grasp the precise understanding of the original test. Translator should take three steps,that is,making good preparations,including intellectual property knowledge and comparing the difference of foreign and Chinese intellectual property knowledge before translation,taking Skopos Theory as guidelines,building the technical terms bank and flexibly using translating strategies in translation and paying attention to the proofreading after transaltion.
