摘要
针对茶园茶树根系互相缠绕问题,设计了一种茶园电动微耕机。先利用Pro/E软件对整机进行三维建模,再导入ANSYS Workbench,然后对电机支架、电池支架进行静态结构分析,验证强度和刚度是否满足要求,对开槽刀进行模态分析,验证其是否会发生共振。分析表明电机支架、电池支架满足强度和刚度要求,开槽刀不会发生共振。
Aiming at the intertwining of tree roots in the tea garden,we designed a tea garden mini- cultivator. First,we used Pro/E software to do three- dimensional Modeling of the whole machine,then introduced ANSYS Workbench,did static analysis of motor bracket and cell bracket to verify whether strength and rigidity satisfied the requirements,and at last carried out model analysis of necking tool to examine whether it resonates. The analysis showed that motor bracket and cell bracket satisfy the requirement of strength and rigidity and that necking tool will not resonate.
