一种电动汽车传感器故障诊断与容错控制策略

摘要 针对电动汽车驱动系统中几种常见的传感器故障,基于扩展卡尔曼滤波和龙伯格状态观测器,提出了一种传感器故障诊断与容错控制策略。在该策略下,驱动系统能快速准确地诊断出这些传感器故障,并利用冗余信息对系统状态进行重构,能有效地实现驱动系统的不间断容错控制,从而提高了电动汽车驱动系统的稳定性能和安全性能。实验结果表明故障诊断算法与容错控制策略是有效的。 Aiming at several common sensor faults in electric vehicle drive system,a multi- sensor permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is introduced in this paper,then a multi- sensor fault diagnosis algorithm and fault- tolerant control strategy is presented based on an EKF and a Luenberger state observer. With the proposed strategy,the drive system is capable of diagnosing the sensor faults quickly and accurately and reconstructing system state by utilizing the redundant information. Thereby,an uninterrupted fault-tolerant control system is achieved effectively,and the stability performance and safety performance of the electric vehicle drive system is improved. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of both the fault diagnosis algorithm and fault- tolerant control strategy.
