摘要
以单船公司的产生和利弊为基点 ,着重分析了各国法律对单船公司的影响和限制 ,提出只要规制得当 ,单船公司对航运企业而言 。
Based on the origin and advantages of single-vessel company, focuse on analysis of different States' laws' influences on and restrictions to single-vessel company and bring forth an idea that single-vessel company is still an operation form that can prevent and reduce risks for shipping enterprises if regulated properly.
