关于科技伦理超前研究的思考

由于科技伦理的发展严重滞后于科学技术的发展 ,科学技术的负面效应给人类带来种种威胁。为了达到科技伦理的发展与科学技术的发展同步或超前于科学技术的发展 ,使其发挥应有的规范与指导功能 ,本文提出研究未来科技伦理 ,并对其必要性。

Because science and technology leave the ethics of them far behind, the negative effect of science and technology carries various threats to human beings.In order to make science and technology develop side by side or exceed and play the role of standardizing and directing, the author puts forward a proposal in this article to study future science and technology ethics and analyses the necessity,content and charateristics of them.
