运用SWOT分析的方法 ,对葫芦岛市发展海洋经济的优势与劣势、机会与威胁进行了详细的分析和论证 ,并对葫芦岛市今后海洋经济的发展提出了一些有益的建议 ,对葫芦岛市全面实施海上发展战略具有一定的指导意义。

Based on SWOT analysis, this paper discusses the advantage and inferior position,opportunity and threats on marine economy developing in Huludao City and some reasonable suggestions are put forward, which will be beneficial to development strategy of Huludao City.
