摘要 多糖是一种天然的生物活性物质 ,具有多方面的生物活性和保健功能。本文针对国内外近年来关于多糖的研究 。 Polysaccharides had some natural biological activities and some functions for health enhancement. The recent researches worldwide about biological activities and health enhancement functions of polysaccharides were reviewed.
