摘要
通过对槟榔的传统制作工艺的研究 ,在保留传统工艺的基础上 ,应用现代科技 ,研究工业化生产食用槟榔的生产工艺。系统地解决了槟榔去烟垢、苯并芘及槟榔碱的控制。
According to the traditional processing of areca,a new industrial manufacturing technology was studied.And some technical problems such as nicotine,benzopyrene removing,arecoline controlling were systematically solved.
