我国开办独立董事责任保险瓶颈分析及险种设计

随着我国独立董事制度的引入与建立,独立董事责任保险也逐渐浮出水面。文章从我国独立董事所面临的风险着手,指出我国开办独立董事责任保险的必要性。我国的独立董事制度迥异于西方,所以独立董事责任保险的开办亦存在诸多瓶颈。如何设计该险种是这一险种成功推出并获得强大生命力的关键,对此文章提出了几点大胆构想。

With the introduction and establishment of independent director system, independent director liability insurance has come into being.Starting from the risks faced by the independent directors, the author points out the necessity of setting up independent director liability insurance in our country.However, the independent director system is quite different from that in the West.Thus there appeared a lot of bottlenecks in the establishment of independent director liability insurance.How to design this form of insurance is the key to its successful establishment.In this paper, the author puts forward several bold i-deas.
