密闭负压吸引治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎

Observation on Efficacy of Close Negative Pressure Pump on Chronic Otitis Media Suppurativa

目的 观察密闭式负压吸引法 ,对慢性化脓性中耳炎的疗效。 方法 治疗组 6 84耳 ,对照组 86耳 ,对照组常规应用滴加抗生素药水。治疗组利用密闭式负压吸引和滴加抗生素药水 ,两组均为 3～ 5天治疗 1次。 结果 治疗组的治愈率、治愈天数、平均治疗次数、听力提高值分别为 :93 7% ,31 7± 4 3天 ,3 4± 1 0次和 6 9± 1 18分贝。对照组的治愈率、治愈天数、平均治疗次数、听力提高值分别为 5 9 5 %、4 2 5± 7 2天、5 8±2 2次和 3 4± 2 3分贝 ,组间比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 密闭式负压吸引法是治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的较好方法 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of close negative pressure pump on chronic otitis media suppurative.Methods The control group includes 86 sick ears.The treatment group includes 684 sick ears.The control group was treated with antibiotic eardrops,and the treatment group with close negative pressure pump and antibiotic eardrops.All patients were treated one times each three to five days.Results The curative rate,curative time,average treatment times,hearing improvement score of the control group were 59 5%,42 5±7 2days,5 8±2 2times and 3 4±2 3dB respecively,and that of the treatment group were 93 7%,31 7±4 3days,3 4±1 0times and 6 9±1 8dB respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0 01).Conclusions The close negative pressure pump method has better effect on treating chronic media suppurativa,and is worthy of being used in clinical work.
