医院文化作为一种新的思想和理论正在形成过程中 ,人们对其认识和理解还不统一 ,有待进一步深入研究。只有在正确地确定了医院文化的定位和内涵的前提下 ,才能搞好医院文化的建设和管理工作。①医院文化是组织文化的一种 ,其位置介于社会文化和个人文化之间 ,具有组织文化的共性 ,也具有区别于其他组织文化的特点。组织文化由伦理道德与价值观、科学精神与信仰等四个主要因素构成。②医院文化内涵的基础和核心内容是医疗行业的职业道德。在现阶段进行医院文化建设时 ,需要利用伦理学的理论解决两个主要问题 ,其一 ,如何选择医院生产的目的 ,如何看待服务对象 ,以及如何处理好医院与患者关系的道德权利与道德义务的问题。其二 ,吸收当代伦理学研究的理论成果 ,确立符合时代特点的伦理道德原则 ,使医院管理决策和医疗服务行动的选择更加符合社会的要求。医院文化中的时代科学精神 ,首先是平等精神 ,其次是求是精神 ,再次是创新精神 ,第四是奉献精神 ,第五是创造精神。医院文化需要树立善良的处于主导地位的社会主义信仰 ,需要防止邪恶的信仰 ,以维持医疗工作良好的人际关系和秩序。③医院文化建设要以先进的政治理论为指导 ,要符合社会主义法律 ,要争取法律的支持 ,要以社会主义先进文化丰富和发展医院文?

Hospital culture as a new idea and theory in the progress of formation which people cannot reach an agreement needs further study.Only after we make sure the position and connotation of hospital culture can we do a good job at hospital culture construction and management.① Hospital culture sits between social culture and individual culture.Although it has many features of organizational culture,hospital culture differs from the other organizational cultures.Organizational culture is composed mainly of foure factors,i.e.ethics,values,scientific spirits and beliefs.② The base and core of the hospital culture is medical professionals' morality.During this time of hospital culture construction,ethical theory should be applied to solve two questions.one is that how we choose the purport of hospital production and how we look on patients and how we manage good ethical relations between hospital and patients,the other is that how we can make hospital management,decision and services more suitable to the requirement of society by absorbing the theoretical results of modern ethics and establishing ethics and moral principle of modern characteristics.Scientific spirits in hospital culture means equality,truth,creation,dedication and innovation.Belief is also an important factor of hospital culture and we should advocate socialism beliefs and guard against evil beliefs to maintain a good relation among medical professionals.③ Hospital culture construction should be directed by advanced political theory,accord with socialism law ,strive for the support from law,be enriched and promoted by advanced socialism culture,confrom to innovation of times .Top managers of hospital should spark-plug and carry out socialism culture and change employee's ideas and behaviors.④ Hospital culture management has a clear object and is operable.There should be a management department to evaluate the cultural status,establish management policy and method,bring forward advices or plans correcting flows in the regulations,participate hospital management activities and hence expedite the progress of hospital culture.
