摘要
报道了润湿剂DMP 10在树脂固砂中的应用性能。DMP 10为微溶于水的含胺基芳烃衍生物。6g糠醇树脂、适量固化剂、2mL煤油、100cm3粒径0.3~0.6mm的含束缚水石英砂混合物,在60℃反应48h形成的固结砂样,其抗压强度比不含束缚水时降低55%,加入0.06gDMP 10使固结砂强度提高2倍以上,达11.07MPa,固化时间(强度达到最大值的70%所需的时间)为8h,对不含束缚水的固结砂强度则基本上无影响。增加DMP 10加量使含束缚水的石英砂/树脂混合物固化时间缩短,对固结砂水相渗透率无影响,固结砂强度在DMP 10加量为0.06g时出现最高值。加入最适量DMP 10生成的固结砂样在柴油、土酸、10%NaOH溶液中浸泡15d,其强度和渗透率均不变,在饱和NaCl溶液中浸泡15d后强度下降11%,渗透率不变。讨论了润湿剂的作用机理。图3表4参3。
The performance properties of wetting agent DMP-10 in sand consolidation by resin compositions are presented. DMP-10 is an amino-containing derivative of aromatic hydrocarbon slightly soluble in water. The mixture of 6 g furfuryl alcohol resin, proper amount of curing agent, 2 mL kerosene, and 100 cm^3 water wetted quartz sand of particle size 0.3—0.6 mm with irreducible water forms at 60℃ in 48 h consolidated sand samples of compression strength by 55% lower than when dry quartz sand is used istead. With introducing 0.06 g DMP-10 into the mixture, the strength of the consolidated sand samples increases by >2 times, reaching 11.07 MPa, and the curing time determined as the time needed for 70% of maximal strength developed is of 8 h. Introducing DMP-10 exerts practically no effect on strength of consolidated sand samples prepared with dry quartz. Increasing the dosage of DMP-10 leads to shortening of the curing time of wet quartz/resin mixture and does not change the permeability of consolidated sand samples. Maximal strength is observed when 0.06 g DMP-10 added. The consolidated sand samples formed with optimal dosage of DMP-10 maintain their strength and permeability unchanged after immersing in diesel oil, mud acid, and 10% NaOH solution over 15 d and loss 11% of their strength after immersing in saturated NaCl solution over 15 d. The functioning mechanisms of wetting agent DMP-10 are discussed.
