摘要
文中提出了一种可克服8098芯片内部A/D通道中所存在的死区非线性电路,从而能获得较理想的A/D模入通道。文中还提出了用软硬件相结合的办法获得相互独立的4路PWM方式的D/A模拟量输出,并转换成标准的0-10mA或4~20mA DC的电流输出,可方便地与DDZ-Ⅱ,DDZ-Ⅲ型仪表相配。解决了上述问题后,用8098单片机组成应用系统就极为方便。
In order to use 8098 Single-chip microcomputer correctly, a new circuit which can overcomes the dead-area of A/D Channal is Presented in this paper, This make it to achieve a more nearly ideal A/D channal.We present a combinative method of hardware and software, and make HS0.0~HS0.3 have four independent PWM D/A channal too in this paper. Further we design a V/I convertible circuit which can convert 0~5V DC valtage value into 0~10 mA or 4~20 mA DC as standard output. Having solved these problems, it is very easy to design a applied system of 8098μc.
