介绍了国产LYJ-1500/0.36型高速悬臂式氯气透平压缩机的结构、技术条件及对氯气处理工序进行的相应技术改造情况。通过在潍坊亚星化学股份有限公司的运行情况表明该机运行稳定,节电效果明显。并提出了改进油冷却器的结构及冷却方式的建议,以保证氯压机正常运转。

The structure and technological conditions of homemade LYJ-1 500/0.36 high-speed cantilever chlorine gas turbo compressor was introduced. I n addition, the relative technological innovation of chlorine gas treatment proc ess was described. The operational status of this unit in Weifang Yaxing Chemica l Co., Ltd. could prove that it's operation is stable, and the effects of power saving is obvious. Some proposals on the structure and cooling pattern improveme nt upon oil cooler was given, which will guarantee the normal operation of chlor ine gas turbo compressor.
