摘要
利用多功能摩擦磨损Plint TE-92试验机对镍基高温合金GH4169、F6NM和A不锈钢以不同配副方式组成的4组摩擦副在不同载荷和转速下的摩擦系数进行研究。研究结果表明,F6NM/F6NM、F6NM/A不锈钢摩擦副的摩擦系数随载荷增加而减小,随转速增加先减小后增大;GH4169/F6NM摩擦副的摩擦系数随载荷、转速增加先减小后增大;GH4169/A不锈钢摩擦副的摩擦系数随载荷增加先增大后减小,随转速增加缓慢减小。随着载荷速度(PV)值的增加,GH4169/F6NM,F6NM/F6NM两组摩擦副的摩擦系数呈先减小后增大趋势,GH4169/A不锈钢和F6NM/A不锈钢两组摩擦副的摩擦系数呈逐渐减小趋势。
The coefficient of friction(COF)of four friction pairs composed of nickel-based superalloys GH4169,F6 NM and a stainless steel with different matching modes was studied by using the multi-function friction and wear test machine Plint TE-92 under different loads and rotational speeds.Research result indicates that the COF of F6NM/F6 NM and F6NM/A stainless steel friction pairs decreases with the increase of the load,and decreases first and then increases with the increase of the speed.The COF of GH4169/F6 NM friction pair decreases first and then increases with the increase of load and speed.The COF of GH4169/A stainless steel friction pair increases first and then decreases with the increase of load,and decreases slowly with the increase of rotational speed.With the increase of PV value,the COF of GH4169/F6 NM and F6NM/F6 NM friction pairs decreases first and then increases.While,the COF of GH4169/A stainless steel and F6NM/A stainless steel friction pairs decreases gradually.
