摘要
通过分析激光切割加工过程中材料状态和能量平衡的变化 ,将其分为三个相互联系的阶段 ,针对每个阶段根据实验数据建立不同的能量平衡表达式和温度场表达式 ,并对切割过程中的温度场变化进行了动态模拟 ,可以预测工艺参数改变引起的后果 ,从而优化加工工艺参数。
By analyzing the energy balance and status change, the process of laser cutting is divided into three relational phases. The different energy equations and temperature field formulas were founded to match with each phases on the base of experiment data. The change of temperature field in the process of laser cutting was dynamic simulated. The machining results, which are caused by the change of technological parameters, can be predicted so that these parameters can be optimized through the simulation program.
