The Equivalent Model Method of SC Network and Its Realization on SPICE

本文介绍了适用于SPICE程序分析的开关电容(SC)网络的等效模型以及s元件的概念。用等效模型法讨论了含非理想运放SC网络的输出响应,并给出了在SPICE上的分析实例。

The equivalent model of Switched-Capacitor networks as well as the concept of s-element are ictroduced in this paper. The output responses of SC networks containing nonideel Op. Amp are computed and the analysis examples on SPICE program are given.
