In classic Chinese poetry, the image of sun appeared many times and it has rich connotation. Its origin can be traced back to the primitive cult of the sun. It then came to have many different connotations, such as emperor power, family warmth, short time, farewell feelings. The formation and change of the image of the sun have close connection with the spirit and will of our Chinese nationality. The sun became one of the images frequently used and loved by the ancient writers.
