摘要
本文以磁盘中直线式音圈电机驱动的磁头定位系统为模型,推导出电机驱动方式的数学公式。以相平面法为基础,提出了用计算机辅助设计音圈电机定位系统的二阶非线性系统的方法。它可以方便地计算出系统参数对电机性能的影响以及在给定的参数下迅速设计出驱动系统。同时,对电机定位时的振荡过程进行了分析,并能有效地进行抑制,以保证时间最优或功耗最优控制。改变了过去用经典法设计的系统往往被限制在低性能状态下运行的情况。无疑,这种设计方法,是一种较新颖且有效的设计方法。
In this paper, the mathematical model of head positioning system with linear voice coil motor (LVCM) is presented. According as phase plane approach, We deduced computer-aided design of second-order nonlinear positioning system of voice coil motor.
This design method of phase technique is used in investigating the effecfs of various parameters of system, and it can design head positioning system fastly, when parameters are given. At same time, oscillation process of coil motor positioning is analysed and is efficaciously controled, in order to realize optimum control of time and power.
