计算机辅助细胞检测系统检测子宫颈涂片2964例分析

目的 评价计算机辅助细胞检测 (CCT)对子宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法 采用 CCT检测子宫涂片2 96 4例 ,并评价该系统检测结果与阴道镜病理检查结果的符合情况。结果 在 2 96 4例子宫颈涂片中共发现异常涂片2 70例 ,占 9.1 1 % ;32例行阴道镜病理检查患者中 ,CCT与病理检查结果符合者 2 9例 ,符合率 90 .6 3%。结论 CCT检查可减少漏诊 ,提高细胞学检查的质量 ,对 CCT检查异常的病例配合阴道镜病理检查 ,能及时发现宫颈早期病变 ,是防止宫颈癌的关键。

Objective To assess the value of computer cytological test (CCT)system for the diagnosis of early cervical diseases.Methods 2946 cervical smears were detected using CCT system,and compared with the results of colposcopical and pathological examination.Results 270(9 11%) of 2964 cervical smears were abnormal.Of the 32 cases detected by colposcopical and pathological examination,29(90 63%) were in agreement with CCT.Conclusinon CCT detection could decrease the missed diagnosis rate and improve the quality of cytological examination.If combined with colposcopical and pathological examination,CCT could find out the early cervical lesions as soon as possible and may be an important method of prophylaxis and treatment of early cervical carcinoma.
