摘 要:介绍了新型高效尾气脱硫系统的设计及运行情况。该系统能确保尾气二氧化硫排放小于292 mg/m3,钠法和钙法运行时脱硫效率分别达到98%和95%。运行中循环液pH值和脱硫洗涤器喷嘴压力是影响脱硫效率的主要因素。
The design and operation of the tail gas desulphurization system for a sulphuric acid plant based on copper off-gas are described. The installation of the system ensures the sulphur dioxide concentration of the tail gas less than 292 mg/m3, with a desulphurization efficiency of 98% by sodium process and 95% by calcium process, respectively. The pH value of the circulating soluton and pressure at the nozzles of scrubber are the key contributing factors to desulphurization efficiency.
