Web Services exchange with other business based on XML(eXtensible Markup Language),which provids corporation distribute software as applications and services on the internet,other clients may access to the web services online,so corporation can indeed deal with kernel business logic. There is a research in web services main idea, applications, system architecture and work flow from establishing and distributing to applications on clients. Furthermore, there are security mechanism, asynchronously communicating about web services. With the Microsoft implementing .net strategic, web services will bring a revolution in the third era of web's application and service.
