稳心颗粒用于有症状良性室性早搏的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of WenXin Granule in Patients with Benign Ventricular Premature Beat

目的 :评价中药稳心颗粒对有症状良性室性早搏的治疗效果。方法 :选择普通健康者和未查出心脏原发、继发病变 ,却自觉有室性早搏相关症状 (心悸、气短、胸闷、头晕 ,甚至心神不宁 )者且非住院病人 74例随机分为对照组 ( 4 0例 )和治疗组 ( 3 4例 ) ,对照组给予调整植物神经药物谷维素 ,个别加用镇静药安定 ;治疗组服用稳心颗粒 ,分别测定治疗前及治疗 4周后动态心电图和观察病人的临床症状。结果 :对照组及治疗组显效率分别为 15 .0 %、44 .1% ,总有效率分别为 5 0 .0 %、73 .5 %。结论 :室性早搏多为气阴两虚、气滞血瘀引起 ,稳心颗粒对良性室性早搏的疗效确切。

Objective: To assess the curative effect of WenXin granule in treatment of benign ventricular premature beat. Methods:74 patients with benign ventricular premature beat and no organic heart disease were investigated. They were randomly divided into treating group and control group, 40 patients were in treating group, and 34 patients were in control group. All patients of control group were treated with routine therapy and some patients were treated with tranquilizer. Patients of treating group were treated with WenXin granule. All patients were examined with dynamic electro cardiogram before therapy and after 4 weeks with new criterion of therapeutic effect of Ministry of Health. Results: There was more obvious therapeutic effect on treating group than control group. The marked effective rate in control group and treating group were 15.0% and 44.0% respeetively .The total effective rate in control group and treating group were 50.0% and 73.5% respectively. There were significant differences between two groups. Conclusion: The ventricular premature beaf was caused from deficiency of both qi and yin; stagnation of qi and blood stasis. WenXin granule has definite curative effecl in patients with benign ventricular premature beat.
