In this essay the author analyses the problems of flax planting and flax products processing according to the surrounding of flax planting, varity of climate, the adaptability of flax plant as well as flax industry. They gives us some suggestions about the flax industry feature in the climate of low latitude Yunnan high land and the development of flax industry.
