目的:探讨护理不良事件预警上报系统的设计与应用效果。方法:通过细化护理不良事件危险因素评估项目,增加护理不良事件危险因素智能筛选功能,对于达到或超过预警界值的高风险人群,进行预警传报,对其实施全程监控,从而实施护理安全的动态管理。结果:系统运行期间,系统上报率、满意率均有明显的提升。结论:护理不良事件预警上报系统,有效监控护理环节,预警护理风险,降低了护理不良事件的发生率,保障了护理安全。

Objective:To explore the design and application effect of the early warning and reporting system of adverse nursing events.Methods:By refining risk factor evaluation items of adverse nursing events,the intelligent screening function of risk factors of adverse nursing events is added.The high-risk groups who have reached or exceeded the warning threshold are warned and reported,and monitored in the whole process,so as to implement the dynamic management of nursing safety.Results:During the operation of the system,the reporting rate and satisfaction rate of the system have been significantly improved.Conclusion:The early warning and reporting system of adverse nursing events can effectively monitor the nursing link,warn nursing risks,reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events and guarantee the nursing safety.
