摘要 目的:用Access构建护士绩效信息系统,并探讨其临床应用效果。方法:以临床需求为向导,以平衡记分卡(即满意度、工作业绩、个人成长、成本控制)结合护士层级构建护士绩效管理系统,通过Access编程实现护士绩效信息化管理;将护士绩效信息系统在29个护理单元使用,比较护士绩效信息系统使用前、使用后统计护士绩效分和绩效工资时间。结果:护理单元使用护士绩效信息系统后比使用前统计绩效分所用时间平均减少80.44分,统计绩效工资所用时间平均减少了21.62分,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:利用Access数据库对护士绩效管理,能提高管理效率。 Objective:To construct the nurse performance information system with Access,and discuss about its clinical application effect.Methods:Guided by clinical needs,the balanced score card(i.e.,satisfaction,job performance,personal growth,cost control)is used to build the nurse performance management system based on the nurse hierarchy.The information management of nurse performance is realized through Access programming;the performance information system of nurses is used in 29 nursing units,and the performance scores and performance pay time of nurses before and after the use of the nurse performance information system are compared.Results:After the use of the nurse performance information system in nursing units,the time spent on statistics of performance scores is reduced by 80.44 points on average,and the time spent on statistics of performance pay is reduced by 21.62 points on average(P<0.05).It is statistically significant.Conclusion:Using Access database to manage nurses'performance can improve the management efficiency.
