老年性白内障超声乳化手术中不同角膜切口的疗效比较

Comparative effectiveness of Different Corneal Incisions in Phacoemulsification Surgery for Senile Cataract

目的:分析老年性白内障超声乳化手术中不同角膜切口的疗效。方法:选取2014年3月至2017年3月期间在武汉市汉阳医院施行白内障超声乳化手术的患者74例121眼为研究对象,观察组行角巩缘切口(40例63眼),对照组行透明角膜切口(34例58眼)。结果:观察组术后1周的裸眼视力明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后2月、3月的裸眼视力基本相同(P>0.05)。观察组术后1周、2月、3月的刺激症状、角膜散光明显较对照组改善(P<0.05)。结论:角巩缘手术切口的超声乳化白内障患者,产生的术后角膜散光较透明角膜切口低,视力恢复效果好,出现异物感等刺激症状少。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different corneal incisions in phacoemulsification of senile cataract.Methods:A total of 74 patients(121 eyes)who underwent cataract phacoemulsification in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected.The observation group underwent corneoscleral incision(40 cases in 63 eyes),and the control group underwent clear cornea(34 cases in 58 eyes).Results:The visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group one week after operation(P<0.05),and the visual acuity of the two groups was basically the same 2 and 3 months after operation(P>0.05).The irritation symptoms and corneal astigmatism of the observation group were significantly improved after 1 week,2 months and 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification cataract patients with keroscleral incision have lower corneal astigmatism,better recovery of visual acuity and less irritation.
