彩色多普勒超声评估血透患者动静脉内瘘并发症的应用价值

Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Evaluating Complications of Arteriovenous Fistula in Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声应用于血透患者动静脉内瘘并发症的临床价值。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年1月在绵阳市安州区人民医院接受血透的90例尿毒症晚期患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,评估彩色多普勒超声对其动静脉内瘘并发症的监测结果。结果:42例(46.67%)为血栓形成,24例(26.67%)为狭窄,14例(15.56%)为静脉瘤样扩张,7例(7.78%)为血肿,3例(3.33%)为局部感染,各种并发症均表现其独有的超声现象。结论:彩色多普勒超声可准确诊断血透患者动静脉内瘘相关并发症,为治疗措施的实施提供参考依据。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of color doppler ultrasonography in the monitoring of complications of arteriovenous fistula.Methods:90 patients with arteriovenous fistula complications were treated by color doppler ultrasonography,for detecting the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,evaluated the monitoring results.Results:Through monitoring,in 90 cases of patients,42 cases(46.67%)were formed from thrombosis,24 cases(26.67%)were narrow,14 cases(15.56%)were intravenous tumor expansion,7 cases(7.78%)were hematoma,3 cases(3.33%)were local infections,all kinds of complications showed their own ultrasonography.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose the related complications of arteriovenous fistula for patients with hemodialysis,it provides an effective reference for the implementation of the treatment.
