远程三级诊疗模式在基层医学影像科的临床应用

Clinical Application of the Three-level Remote Diagnosis and Treatment Model in the Basic-level Medical Imaging Department

目的:利用对口支援及医联体建立适合基层医院及偏远地区影像科发展的远程三级诊疗模式。方法:利用网络技术以区域中心为中心,向上连接市级三甲医院,向下辐射社区,实现下级检查、上级诊断,疑难病例三甲医院直接会诊的远程三级诊疗模式。结果:远程三级诊疗模式远程为社区医院或对口支援偏远地区提供医学影像诊断服务,不仅直接服务了当地百姓,而且提升了基层影像科诊断水平,促进了分级诊疗工作落实。结论:利用网络技术连接对口支援或医联体内影像中心,投入低,见效快,能够建立可落地的远程三级诊疗模式,适合对口支援及医联体合作建设。

Objective:Use the help of counterpart support and medical association to establish a three-level tele-medical model which is suitable for the development of imaging in primary hospital and remote area.Methods:The network technology was used to connect the municipal hospitals of third-grade class-A hospital and community hospital with the regional center as the center,and to realize the three-level tele-medical model of direct consultation for lower level examination,higher level diagnosis and difficult cases in third-grade class-A hospital.Results:The model of tele-medicine provides medical image diagnosis services for community hospitals or remote areas.It not only directly serves local people,but also improves the diagnostic level of primary hospital and promotes the implementation of hierarchical medical system.Conclusion:The network technology can be used to connect the counterpart's image center or the medical association's image center has the result with low investment and quick effect,the tree-level tele-medical model can be established,which is suitable for the counterpart support and the joint construction of the medical joint body.
