Satisfaction Survey and Analysis of Hospital Medical Insurance Intelligent Audit System

为了解医院管理人员对院内医保智能审核信息系统满意程度,进行满意度调查。运用描述性统计方法及多元线性回归方法,分析描述信息系统满意度相关因素,评价信息系统运行状况。结果发现目前使用者对院内医保智能审核信息系统较为满意,同时界面易用性、数据准确性需进一步关注,系统自身性能需加强。

In order to realize the satisfaction of hospital medical insurance intelligent audit system,a satisfaction survey was conducted.The description statistical method and multiple linear method are used to analyze and describe the correlative factors of satisfaction information system and evaluate the operation of the information system.It is found that the current users are satisfied with the system,at the same time,the interface ease of use and the data accuracy need further attention,and the performance of the system needs to be strengthened.
