摘要
对利用马坑地方生铁生产铸态球铁的工艺进行了试验,并对马坑生铁的特性以及造成力学性能与基体组织异常的原因进行了分析探讨。试验结果表明:在配制碳当量为4.5%~4.8%,含锰量为0.2%~0.5%的铁液,选用含1%~2%稀土及适量Ca,Ba的球化剂进行球化处理,用含4%~6%钡的孕育剂进行二次孕育处理的工艺条件下,采用40%的马坑地方生铁可生产出QT450-10牌号满足阀门件要求的铸态球铁。
An experiment on using Makeng local pig iron to produce as-cas t nodular iron was carried out ,and the characteristics of Makeng pig iron and th e reason that it caused abnormal matrix structure and mechanical properties was analyzed and discussed.The result of experiment showed that,by keeping CE at 4.5%-4.8%and Mn at0.2%-0.5%,adopting the nodulizing alloy co ntaining1%-2%RE and prop-er amount of Ca ,Ba for nodulizing treatment ,adopting inoculant containing4%-6%Ba for second inocu-lation,it is po ssible to using40%Makeng pig iron to produce as-cast QT450-10grade nod ular iron which meets requirements of valves.
