高韧性球墨铸铁轮毂的生产

摘要 介绍大型高韧性球墨铸铁轮毂铸件的生产工艺。采用专用胎具焊接芯骨以保证铸孔的位置精度;采用呋喃树脂砂造型、造芯以保证尺寸精度;热节处设置石墨冷铁进行强制冷却,并采用环形浇注系统快速浇注,以达到均衡凝固。采用中频电炉化铁,保证铁液质量。两年内生产了5种共20件轮毂,铸件合格率达100%。 The production process of large hi-toughness nodular iron hub c as tings was described.Spe-cial pattern was used to weld core iron to guarantee p osition accuracy of cast holes;furan resin sand was used to guarantee dimension accuracy;set graphite chills at hot spots for intensifying cooling and ring sh ape pouring system was used to realize fast filling mould with the purpose to ac hieve proportion-al solidification.Medium frequency induction furnace was used for iron melting to guarantee quality of molten iron.Totally20pcs of5types of hub castings was produced in two years and the ratio of qual-ified castings reached100%.
