膝关节退行性骨关节病X线和CT的影像学表现

Degenerative Joint Disease of the Knee X-ray and CT Imaging Findings

目的:对膝关节退行性骨关节病X线与CT的影像学表现予以探讨。方法:随机选取我院2014年1月至2014年12月间收治的膝关节退行性骨关节病患者60例,对患者的X线及CT影像学资料予以回顾分析。结果:通过对患者实施X线平片检查,能够对患者的关节间隙、髁间嵴的增生变尖、骨质增生等情况予以清楚的显示,通过为患者开展CT检查,能够对患者的不同程度的关节内钙化、游离体、膝关节骨质增生等予以清楚的显示,有时通过CT检查结果也能够清楚的看到患者的半月板情况。结论:在膝关节退行性骨关节病患者的影像学检查过程中,通过为患者开展X线平片检查,能够实现患者的初步筛查,在此基础上为患者实施CT检查,能够为患者的诊断与治疗提供更加详细的依据。

Objective: Degenerative joint disease of the knee X-ray and CT imaging performance to be explored. Methods: Our hospital between January 2014 to December 2014 were treated degenerative knee osteoarthritis patients 60 cases, the patient's X-ray and CT imaging data to be analyzed retrospectively. Results: Through the implementation of patient X-ray examination, the patient capable of joint space, the intercondylar ridge sharpened hyperplasia, osteoarthritis and other conditions to be clearly displayed by the patient to carry out CT, the patient can be different degrees within the joint calcification, loose bodies, such as knee osteoarthritis to be clearly displayed, sometimes by CT findings can clearly see the patient's meniscus. Conclusion: In the process of imaging degenerative knee osteoarthritis patients, the patients carried out by X-ray examination, can achieve the initial screening of patients, on the basis of the implementation of CT examination of the patient, as the patient can diagnosis and treatment to provide more detailed basis.
