摘要
通过进行不同的淬火加回火热处理工艺试验,研究了淬火温度对低碳高合金钢的力学性能和组织的影响。试验结果表明,随淬火加热温度的升高,合金的硬度下降,冲击韧度增加;为满足工况条件下的使用性能要求,合适的热处理规范为:加热到1000~1050℃保温2h时,油淬或风冷淬火,250℃回火2h,获得的组织为板条马氏体。
The influence of quenching temperature on mechanical properties an d microstructure of a sort of low-carbon hi-alloyed steel was investgated by c arrying out experiments with different quenching plus tempering treatment pro cesses.The results showed that the hardness decreased and the impactoughness increased with increasing of the quenching temperature.In order to meet the property requirements under the service condi tions,the proper treatment process should be:heating to1000~1050℃, holding for2hr ,oil-quenching or air-quenching,and tempering at250℃for 2hr.The ob-tained structure was strap-shape martensite.
