安置国产长期腹膜透析管70例经验总结

An Experience of Long-term Insertion of Home-made Peritoneal Catheter for Dialysis in 70 Cases

本院1980年11月～1985年11月对70例慢性肾衰病人安置国产长期腹膜透析管进行CAPD,术后伤口渗血和渗液者4例(5.71%);透析管移位10例(14.29%);透析管堵塞9例(12.85%);涤纶套脱出8例(11.42%);皮下隧道感染4例(5.71%);膀胱刺激症状6例(8.57%);暂时性血性引流液3例(4.29%);切口疝和透析管外段管折断各1例。本文对CAPD治疗中的置管技术及并发症进行了讨论。

Seventy cases of chronic renal failure were treated by peritoneal dialysis in the pastfive years.A home-made peritoneal catheter was exclusively used in all the patients forCAPD.Minor complications were met with in using this catheter were reported as follo-ws:4 cases (5.71%) had bleeding leaking around the tube;10 cases (14.29%) had thecatheter migrated;9 cases (12.85%) had catheter obstructed;8 cases (11.42%) had theircatheter cuff slipped;4 cases (5.71%) had infection in the catheter tunnel;6 cases(8.75%) revealed bladder irritation;3 cases (4.29%) had bloody drainage;1 case (1.42%) developed hernia at the site of tube insertion and another case (1.42%) had fractureof the external segment of the catheter. The technic of application of catheter and the accompanying complications in thetreatment of CAPD were discussed.
