摘要
论述了利用Pro/Engineer对刮板输送机进行三维动态仿真的具体过程 ,给出了对刮板输送机进行有限元分析、接触分析、结构分析、疲劳分析的方法 ,最后探讨利用仿真结果对刮板输送机进行了最优设计的方法。
With Pro/Engineer, the paper made a certain procedure of 3 dimension dynamic simulation for a scraper conveyor. The paper has provided the methods for the finite element analysis, contact analysis, structure analysis and fatigue analysis of the scraper conveyor. Finally the paper discussed the optimized design method of the scraper conveyor with the simulation results.
