摘要
针对深井高应力综放沿空煤巷高强锚杆支护系统中小刚度钢带易被撕裂的特点 ,对钢带作用机理进行了分析 ,指出了目前煤矿巷道常用 4种钢带 (梁 )存在的缺点 ,研制开发了一种新型的大刚度抗撕裂M形钢带 ,并在东滩煤矿深井高应力沿空工作面巷道及沿空大断面切眼进行了工业性试验 ,取得了良好的效果。
Base on the fact of the rigidity steel easy to be teared when applied in high stress gob side gateway, the function mechanism of the steel strip was analyzed and the paper pointed out the existed disadvantages in four kind strips used in mine roadway. A new large rigid anti tear M type steel strip was developed and was applied to an industrial trail in high stress mine roadway in Dongtan coal mine with good results.
