CDP/PETRc Blends and its Fiber Dying

摘要 对CDP/PETRc共混聚酯进行了研究.采用不同三单含量的CDP与PETRc进行两种比例的共混,通过DTA、DSC、SEM测试,对共混聚酯的热性能,流动性,相容性进行了研究;对共混聚酯纤维的上染率进行平行比较,考察共混聚酯结构与性能的关系。实验结果表明:随着CDP/PETRc共混聚酯中的三单体SIPE含量的增加,共混聚酯熔点下降,冷结晶温度上升,流动性能变好,相容性增强,纤维染色的上染率增加,并出现两次突增. PETRc were blended with CDP, which was composed of different content of SIPE. The blends properties were studied,such as thermal property,flow property, morpho logical structure and the compatibility. The fibers of blends were proceeded with cationic dyes and the dyeuptakes was compared, the relationship between the structure and the property were obtained. The results show that, with the increase of CDP content in the blends, the Tm decreases, the Tc increases, the flowing property becomes better, and the compatibility increases. The dyeuptakes increases with two transition.
